TURKU
1994

At
the unofficial opening of the Matti Koivurinta Art Museum in Turku
(4.8.1994), Andersson and Juutilainen invited Pertti Toikkanen,
an artist who had been using living [live?] food and bread for
his works, to join the team. Dressed in tail coats they ate their
hats washed down with clear spring water. The hats were as ”clean
art ” as possible, made out of a mass of biologically grown
wheat, which had gone through a lactic acid fermentation-process.
