Eating lace
The City of Rauma is known for its lace-making handicraft, which
is still flourishing among people. For their performance at the
opening
of the Sokerina pohjalla exhibition in the Rauma Art Museum, the
Edible Finns wanted to honour this by making a lace from 12 kg
spaghetti, which was put on one of the team members, Pertti.
The lace was covered with a Bolognese sauce, capers and olives and the audience
was invited to eat the lace.
