VARKAUS 1991 Andersson and Juutilainen started the eating-performances in 1991, when they participated in an outdoor sculpture exhibition in Varkaus by having two four-hour dinners. The menu was composed of food typical of the northern region of Finland. During the first day the eating-discussion was broadcast to the citizens by means of a monitor in the restaurant’s window.
