My House is my Castle Etelä-Karjala Art Museum, Lappeenranta, 2003 In the Beyond the Dreams exhibition, Andersson participated with a performance. He wanted to give the audience a piece of his own happiness, of his love story with Marjo. He built a house of sheets of edible paper, with pictures of himself and Marjo printed with food color. The house was surrounded with small glasses of red wine. He cut pieces of the house and placed them around the house and invited the audience to share them, together with some wine. After that the audience could cut their own pieces. In this performance Andersson wanted to combine the Christian concept of love and sharing with energies reminding of the cannibalistic wish to incorporate the strength and wisdom of the enemy by eating him/her. pictures (10)
